Why haven't the points been updated after the refund

After proceeding with a refund, the system will automatically adjust the points for the customer. The business does not have to change this manually. However, there is a delay involved depending on your configuration.

  • Log into the Kangaroo Business portal .
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Earning & Redeeming.
  • Go down to the Transactions. 
  • Go to the Customers Refund limit.

  • If it is checked with a certain amount of days, the points will not be updated until that delay is passed.
  • If it is not checked, the points will be updated up to 10 minutes after.
  • Update it and click on Save.
