Why are the redemption items not showing up on the customer's Kangaroo terminal.
If the redemption items are not showing on the left side of the screen when a customer logs in, there are two possible reasons:
The redemption item has expired.To check if this redemption item has expired:
Go to the business portal and to the Redemption section. On the left side, all the redemption items will show. If the redemption has expired it will show on the right side in the Previous Redemptions.
To fix the expired redemption item:
- Click on the redemption item on the right side of the page.
- Click on the Edit button on the right side of the page.
- Edit the expiry date of the redemption item by selecting a new date in the Expiry date field.
- Click on Save to save the changes made.
The redemption item was set to Targeted customers.
- Go to the business portal and go to the Redemption section.
- Click on the redemption item on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Edit button on the right side of the page.
- Check to see if this item is set to All customers or Targeted customers.
- If it is set to Targeted customers change it to All customers.
- Click on Next and then Save to save the changes made.
