How to create a customer profile and add them to the sale on Shopify POS

  • Log into Shopify POS.
  • On the left side select the add customer”option.
  • Search for a customer or select add new customer.
  • Fill out the customer profile information, a phone number, and/or email address is mandatory (Don’t forget to ask for consent and toggle this option that is tied to marketing communications).
