Satisfaction survey.
Connecting with your customers is the only real way to measure customer satisfaction. One of the most common methods of measuring customer satisfaction is through satisfaction surveys.
Surveys are another valuable tool to have for a business as it allows them to get honest feedback from their customer base and use that information to grow their business and adapt based on their opinions.
With Kangaroo, a satisfaction survey is applicable on a regular merchant app or on a kiosk-mode tablet.
A kiosk tablet is used by businesses to have an informational tablet in the store for customers to quickly check their point balance, see general information about their rewards, make referrals and of course, leave feedback by doing these quick surveys.
The business can set up a satisfaction survey from the business portal. Go to the Survey section and then click on Satisfaction Survey to create a new one.
In the Satisfaction Survey section you can adjust all the below fields:
- Start by choosing a name for your satisfaction survey: This name will appear on your business portal screen once you click on Satisfaction Survey in the survey section.
- You will set the time frame for the survey by specifying the publication and expiry date.
- You have the option to make this survey permanent and the choice to make it available on the regular tablet.
- You can choose if you would like the answers to the survey to be stars or smiley faces.
- Under each level of satisfaction, the business can add follow-up questions. The business can include a comment box and the option to collect email and/or phone numbers.
- All the survey answers will be saved in the business portal under a report. The business can have access to all this information and action on it accordingly.
The Kiosk tablet can be set up in the Branches section when creating new employees' credentials.
