Merchant Web App.

The merchant app is an employee/customer-facing interface. It can run on a tablet or the Web through a URL. It helps the business have a better and smoother operation in store.

The business can run a slideshow of pictures on the Web app and add a description which can be all managed in the Slideshow section in the business portal.


The employee needs to ask the customer for their phone number or email address to register them in the program or to log in to their existing profile. 


Once the client signs in to the merchant app, the employee will either fill in the customer’s profile information or let them know what are the rewards available to them if they have enough points in their balance.


If not, the employee can move to the next screen.


The merchant web app displays 2 types of panels:

  • Transactional panel: On which the employee can enter the amount spent by the customer to allow them to earn points based on the basic earning ratio.
  • Profile panel: On which the employee can see the customer’s points balance, their tier status, store credits, and more…

 


The employee will also be able to see what are the offers available for that customer.


The employee can also access the employee menu by entering their own 4 Digit PIN. 

In that menu, the employees can assign and create new tags to the customer, they can also adjust the store credits or see the customer's transaction history.


In other words, the merchant app give visibility to the employee on the customer’s information which can make the customer’s experience more personalized and give them access to exclusive tools related to the Loyalty program
