How to Use Email Templates to Send Reviews on Shopify
To use email templates to send reviews through the Kangaroo Review app, follow these steps:

Go to Your Shopify Admin: Log into your Shopify admin panel.

Navigate to the Apps Section: On the left-side menu, click on "Apps."

Select the Kangaroo Review App: In the Apps section, find and click on the "Kangaroo Reviews" app.

Access Email Templates: After opening the Kangaroo Reviews app, you'll see the option to access "Email Templates." Click on it to view and edit the email templates.

Edit Email Templates: You can modify the templates to personalize your messaging to customers and encourage them to leave reviews.

Choose Review Request Rules:
- Automatically Request Reviews: You can set up automatic review requests to be sent to customers after they make a purchase. This saves you time and ensures a steady flow of feedback.
- Send Review Reminders: You also have the option to send reminder emails to customers who haven't left a review, gently nudging them to share their experience.
These features help you streamline the process of gathering customer reviews and improve your store's credibility.
Please note that Removed Custom Variables like and cannot be added back automatically, so make sure not to delete them from the template if they are needed.
