How to transfer or merge customers' accounts

If a customer has two accounts, the business can easily merge them into the Kangaroo business portal. 

Both sets of information on the account (email/phone number) are needed.

Follow the below steps:

  • Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
  • Go to the Customers section.
  • Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address.
  • Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
  • Click on the 3 dots points, to transfer the account of the user

  • Click on Transfer Account  & Enter the other account information. 
  • Click transfer and choose from the options below.
