How to set up auto marketing campaigns.

Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and go to the Marketing section.
Click on the Create Campaign button.
Select if the campaign is to be sent by Email, SMS or Push. Prioritize email over SMS or SMS over email by the numbers and click the Next button.
Click on Target Customers to send the campaign to specific customers only and click on the Next button.
Select one of the Auto filters to target customers.
Add an offer or Continue without offers, and select an offer or reward from the list. Click on the Next button.
Enter the Subject of the campaign and customize the text message. Click the Next button.
There are options to Run this campaign automatically and This campaign will never expire.
Click on the Send Now button to send the campaign.
The auto campaigns are great for customers with upcoming birthdays, new customers and customers who have not been in a longer period of time. Every filter in our marketing engine can be made to run automatically.
