How to set up a redemption catalog

• Go to the business portal and go to the Redemption section.
  
  
  
• Click on Create A Redemption.

• Fill out the Title.
• Add an Image.
• Select the Reward Type.
• Click on Next.
• Select your Audience. ( All customers, Target Customers or Tier customers).
• Click on Next.
• Select Your Conditions.
• Select the Start date.
• Choose the store location you wish the reward to be available at.
• Identify the points required for the customers to redeem the reward.
  
• Click on Next then Save.

To edit a redemption item:

• Go to the business portal and go to the Redemption section.
• Click on the redemption to be edited and click on the Edit button.
  

• Edit the fields.
• Click on Save to save the changes made.
