How to reward customers based on order status on BigCommerce

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal.
  • Go to the Settings section.
  • Go to the BigCommerce section & click on the settings Icon.
  • Scroll down to Earning & Redeeming and choose any Order Status from the drop-down list to reward the BigCommerce customers.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

    N.B: The transaction Status in BigCommerce must be Completed or any of the above ones if chosen so the customer earns points.
