How to Reply or Edit a Review on Shopify

To reply to or edit a review submitted on your Shopify store using the Kangaroo Review app, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Shopify: Access your Shopify admin panel.

  2. Go to the Apps Section: In the left-side menu, find and click on "Apps."

  3. Select "Kangaroo Reviews": Locate the "Kangaroo Reviews" app and click on it.

  1. Manage Reviews: Inside the app, you’ll find the "Manage Reviews" section. Here, you can view all the reviews that have been published.

  2. Reply to Reviews: You’ll have the option to reply publicly or privately to any review. Simply choose your preferred method and submit your response.


  3. Unpublish or Publish: After two hours, you will also have the option to unpublish or publish the review.

This process allows you to interact with customers' feedback and manage reviews effectively.
