How to use offers on Lightspeed X series

The main use cases for offers involve presenting something to the customer to create lasting habits, such as increasing the amount spent per visit or simply providing a discount on items.

  • Access the Lightspeed X series screen.
  • Select an item and add a customer to the sale.
  • Click on Pay.

  • Click on  Kangaroo.
  • A page with the available offers will open in front of you.

  • To use an offer, check the corresponding box and click theRedeem button, then click "Use" to confirm the validation of the offer.
