How to redeem a partner reward.
Customer needs to have access to the Kangaroo mobile app or white-label mobile app to redeem a partner reward. Learn how can a customer redeem a partner reward on mobile with these easy steps!
- Go to the Kangaroo mobile application (Kangaroo Rewards).
- Got to the Memberships section.
- Choose the corresponding business with the partner reward redemption to be redeemed.
- Click on the Rewards icon.
- Click on the Gift icon.
- Click on the Redeem Now button.
- A Success! Your reward was redeemed pop-up message will show at the bottom of the screen.
- An email will be sent to the customer for redeeming this partner reward too.
- The business will also receive an email letting them know that a customer redeemed the reward so they can send them the reward.
- The business can then fulfill the redemption from the fulfillment panel in the Kangaroo Business portal.
