How to process a refund on Mindbody?

In order to process a refund for the Mindbody POS, kindly follow the steps below:

  • After making a purchase and capturing the payment, you go to the Mindbody POS then click on Home in the main bar above. 
  • Then click on Manager Tools in the bar that will appear right below the main one.
  • Once inside the Manager tools section, click on Manage Sales under the Pricing list
  • Then, you enter the Sales ID of the transaction and generate the search. 
  • Therefore, you can click on Return All from the options presented under the transaction.
  • You can optionally enter the refund reason and next you should press on Choose Refund Method.
  • Lastly, you enter the refund method and press on Save either with receipt or not in order to process the refund. 
  • Thus, the refund through the flow of information will show on the Kangaroo Business Portal under the Customer section after it is processed.
