How to override a tier status?
Manually change a customer's tier status by overriding it in the Kangaroo Business portal.
- Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and go to the Customer Management section.

- Scroll down and search for the user in the Search User by Email/Phone.
- Click on the blue User Details button.

- Click on the Override Tier Status toggle to enable it and then select the status to be assigned to the customer from the drop down menu.

- Note that this will override the tier rules and conditions as long as the Override Tier Status toggle is enabled.
- Click on Save to save the changes made.
