How to override a tier status.

Manually change a customer's tier status by overriding it in the Kangaroo Business portal.

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and go to the Customers section.
  • Search for the user in the Search by Email/Phone.
  • Click on the User Details button and then click on the Pen button to edit. 
  • Override Tier Status by select clicking on the Tier drop down menu and select the tier status.
  • Note that this will override the tier rules and conditions.
  • Click on Save to save the changes made.
