How to make a customer or an employee point exempt on Lightspeed Retail
Make employees or certain customers point exempt which does not allow them to acquire points. If the email in Kangaroo is the same as the employee in Lightspeed, the profile will automatically be point exempt.
- Go to the Customers section in Lightspeed Retail.
- Search for the desired profile and click on it and scroll to the Other section.
- In the Custom field, type: points_exempt.
- Doing this procedure will stop a customer or employee(s) from earning points, but will not change their current point balance.
- Click on Save changes to save the changes made.
