How to change business name on Welcome Message

Upon sign up, your clients will receive a welcome message informing them that they are now part of the loyalty program

  • Go to Kangaroo Rewards Business Portal.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Business Profile.

  • Scroll down to branches and click on the Eye Button of the first branch.
  • Click on the small pen button to edit the branch information.
  • Change the Business Name to your liking.
  • Click on the Save Icon to finalize.
  • The welcome message will include the business name.

 

P.S: By default the business name will be similar to the main branch name if not changed.
