How to change a customer's phone number or email

To remove or change a customer's information such as phone number or email address.

Follow the below steps:

  • Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
  • Go to the Customers section.
  • Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address.
  • Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
  • Click on the PEN icon.
  • Adjust the email or the mobile fields. 
  • Click on the Save icon to apply the changes.
