How to assign an offer on Gorgias

Go to your business portal.
Click on the Offers section.
Click on Create An Offer.
Choose Basic Offer.
Select the Parameters ( Title and Upload an Image) and make sure that the Type is Free Shipping.
In the Optional Parameters section you can choose to Exclude Shipping Rates over a specific amount or set a Minimum Purchase Amount .
Select Your Audience Target customers).
Save this offer
Go to your Gorgias dashboard
Create a new Ticket
Click on Assign offer

You now have the ability to generate a customized offer and allocate it within Gorgias. However, at present, our system exclusively supports free shipping offers. Please ensure that you configure it specifically for your intended audience.
