How to cancel an offer or redemption on Shopify POS

Learn about canceling redemptions and offers on Shopify POS!

• After having selected and offer or redemption, to cancel:
• Select the Loyalty Tab on the smart grid.

• Click on Cancel Coupon.

• The applied promotion will be removed from the sale.
