How to adjust user points on Gorgias
You can adjust the point balance of a customer from the Kangaroo weidget on Gorgias
- Go to a ticket with a User that has action permissions and attach a customer
- On the right side the Kangaroo widget will show. Click on Adjust Points
- Enter the amount that you want to increase/decrease the point balance with and click on Adjust Points.
