How to add one user/customer to my program

Follow the steps below to add one customer to the program without uploading a form.

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business portal.
  • Click on the Launch loyalty app at the left bar.
  • In the merchant app interface Login with the same credentials as the Kangaroo business portal.
  • Add the phone number or email address of your customer. 
  •  Update their profile information as well.
