How does the Information flow on Heartland POS

When using integrations it's important to understand the flow of things and how information/customer data travels from one system to another.

    In order for you to see your customer's points in Kangaroo, you need to make sure to have the following:

    • Attach a customer to your sale with the phone number and email address 
      Phone number must be in the mobile field, email must be in the email field
    • Add items to the sale and capture payment. 
    • Once the transaction is processed, it will be automatically pushed to see the information in Kangaroo. 

    Keep in mind that any modification done in Heartland needs a processed transaction to be pushed to kangaroo.
