How does information flow from Mindbody to Kangaroo Rewards?

The flow of the integration is always from Mindbody POS to Kangaroo Rewards.

In order for you to see your customer's points/details in the Kangaroo Business Portal, you need to make sure to follow the steps below: 

  • First, you go to the Mindbody POS and press on Sign In in the bar on the top. 
  • Then, you either search for an existing client or create a new one. 
  • If you wish to create a new client, attach a customer to your sale with either their phone number or email address. The phone number must be in the mobile field, email must be in the email field.
  • If you clicked on Add New Client it will show you all the required fields such as: 
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email 
    • Phone Number
    • Birthday (for Marketing purposes)

  • You should be informed that you can only capture the consent of the Email and not the Phone Number. 
  • Then, to make a sale, you have to attach an item so, you press on Retail in the bar above. 
  • Then, you press on the name of the client in the point of sale so you can view the products and attach one.
  • Once you choose a client, you should choose one of the products. 
  • Add items to the sale and capture payment.
  • Once the transaction is processed, it will take up to 10 minutes to see the information in Kangaroo. 

Keep in mind that any modification done in the Mindbody POS needs a processed transaction to be pushed to kangaroo.
