• Go to the "Lightspeed Retail" Screen
• Go to the "Sales" section on the left side of the screen.
  
• Click on the "New Sale" Icon
  
  
  
• Click on "Search"  attach a customer to the sale, and attach an item in the purchase
  
  
  
• Now Click on "Rewards" and it will open the below page.
  
  
  
• Go to the "Available Offers " section on the right side of the page and click the checkbox where flashes in blue the circle excluding from points
  
  
  
• Now the "Redeem" button will flash in green click on it. (Top right corner)
  
• A pop-up message appears on the screen
