How to redeem an offer on Lightspeed Retail.

Please follow the below steps:
- Go to the "Lightspeed Retail" Screen
- Go to the "Sales" section on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the "New Sale" Icon
- Click on "Search" attach a customer to the sale, and attach an item in the purchase
- Now Click on "Rewards" and it will open the below page.
- Go to the "Available Offers " section on the right side of the page and click the checkbox where flashes in blue the circle excluding from points
- Now the "Redeem" button will flash in green click on it. (Top right corner)
- A pop-up message appears on the screen
- Click on "Redeem"
- Click "Ok" the green button and Proceed normally with the payment flow. cv
