Explore what features the Kangaroo Rewards business portal has to offer.
Here is a quick definition of each feature displayed in the Business Portal. Not every feature is included in every plan. If there is a feature that a business is interested in and does not have, the business must contact their account manager.
- Dashboard
The Dashboard is where a business can get the statistics and analytics of the reward program. See how many customers are enrolled, how many points have been earned/redeemed, which redemption products have been claimed, etc. Filter monthly, weekly and by location (branches).
- Marketing
The Marketing section is where the business can create marketing campaigns in which they can reach out to their customers via SMS, Email or Push. Free write the campaigns, use templates, insert templates, use pre-made offers, filter the customers and create auto-campaigns for birthdays, new customers, etc.
- Draw
The Draw section is where the business can create a fully digital raffle which can have multiple prizes and multiple winners. Define what customers need to do to enter the draw, which is taken care of by the system once the rules are defined and the winner(s) will be chosen automatically on the decided date/time.
- Offers
The Offer section is where the business can create promotions such as Free Products, Discounts ($), Discounts (%), Buy one Get one, Buy More Save More (%), Buy More Save More ($), Point Multipliers, etc.
- Redemption
The Redemption section is where the business can create/modify their Redemption Catalog (what customers get to spend their points on). Create multiple rewards such as Free Products, Discounts ($) and Discounts (%), define how many points are needed to acquire them and make certain rewards exclusive to Tier members as well.
- Gift Cards
The Gift Card section is where the business can create their digital gift cards.
- Products
The Products section is where the business can create/import their product list so that they may attach their products to Offers/Redemptions/A La Carte.
- A La Carte
The A La Carte section is where the business can set specific products or categories to be worth a fixed amount of points rather than the monetary value.
- Slideshow
The Slideshow section is where the business can add pictures and customize their slideshow that is displayed on the WebApp.
- Referrals
The Referral section is where the business can set up their Referral program (define how many points the referred gets, how many points the referrer gets and the condition to be met) as well as see the statistics of how well it is doing.
- Branches
The Branches section is where the business can edit the information of their business/location (Logo, Business hours, Address, etc.) as well as create login information for Employees.
- Social Media
The Social Media section is where the business can plugin their social media information so that their customers can be exposed to this information when viewing their membership.
- Link PayPal
The Link PayPal section is where the business can link their PayPal account to take advantage of the digital Gift Cards.
- Upload Clients
The Upload Clients section is where the business can upload a CSV or Excel file containing their customer list information to that the Kangaroo team can import it into Kangaroo. The business can also select if they have consent for these customers so that they can reach them via the Marketing section.
- Integration
The Integration section is where the business can integrate Kangaroo with their Retail/Online store. It is recommended to not go into this section without the support of a Kangaroo agent. The business can also update their settings (change wording, colors, etc.) of their online store integration in this section.
- App Colors
The App Colors section is where the business can customize the colors that are displayed on the WebApp.
- Rules
The Rules section is where the business can configure the Kangaroo rewards program. It is recommended to not to make changes without the support of a Kangaroo agent.
- Customer Management
The Customer Management section is where the business can filter through their customers, adjust point balances and consent, change certain information, manage/create tier programs, view segment analytics, etc.
- Frequent Buyer
The Frequent Buyer section is where the business can create their digital point cards (ex: After buying 10 bags of dog food, get the 11th for free).
