How to make customer point exempt from BigCommerce
Now the can make customers points exempt by excluding them to benefit from the business loyalty program.
Now the business can make customers point exempt from the loyalty program.To be able to do it, the business should go to the rules section.
Here are the below steps :

- Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Apps & Integrations.
- Choose to make customers point exempt based on BigCommerce Group or on Customer email domain.

- Make sure to always enable the check box for the Check for customers who are point exempt when they log in to your online store rule.
- Click on Save to finalize.
