Uploading customers when you have a White Label App
- The main reason not to import users until the launching date is that the users will receive a welcome message either by email or SMS.
- This Welcome message will include a PIN password which will allow the user to use this pin while redeeming a certain reward in-store or to access his membership with the business either on the app or the members portal.
- Most importantly, it is applicable for the business that acquires a white label app or members portal that will be indeed to receive the welcome message.
