How to customize the loyalty program on Shopify Ecom

Customizing the Kangaroo Rewards plugin displayed on the Shopify Ecom is crucial! Matching the business brand has never been easier

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal. 
  • Go to Settings. 
  • Go to Apps & Integrations. 

 

  •  click on the Update Settings button under Shopify.

  • Follow the following steps:
    • Choose a name for your loyalty program.
    • Set up your Earning and Redeeming rules.
    • Pick the colors and positioning of the Kangaroo plugin.
    • Customize the welcome message that will pop up when a guest first time visits your website.
    • Customize the wording of the preview for your loyalty program. This is displayed when a customer hasn’t yet created an account with you or isn’t signed in.
    • Customize the welcome message that will pop up when a customer has connected to their account.
    • Customize the wording of the Get Rewards section of the Kangaroo plugin.
    • Customize the wording of the Earn Points section of the Kangaroo plugin.
    • Customize the wording of the History section of the Kangaroo plugin.
    • Don't forget to click Save.
