Lightspeed - Rewarding customers.
Rewarding customers with Kangaroo and Lightspeed is as easy as a click of a button!
Auto Rewards - When auto rewards is active, this means when customers finish a sale, they will automatically be rewarded. (Applies to both Retail Manager and Lightspeed iPad POS System)
- Go to the sales screen in Lightspeed.
- Attach a customer to the sale (Note: The customer must have a phone number or email address in the Lightspeed profile).
- Scan the items.
- Proceed with payment.
- Points are automatically rewarded once the sale is complete.
*Note: May take up to 10 minutes for the points to be displayed in the Kangaroo Business Portal.
