How to allow only specific customer types to earn points in Lightspeed

Lightspeed users - sometimes the business wants to only reward certain customers, the business can now do this through a customer type.

  • Go the Kangaroo Business Portal 
  • Go to Settings

  • Go to the Apps & Integrations. 
  • Go to Lightspeed Retail and click on configure. 
  • Click on Allow the following customer types to earn points and click to choose customer types. 


  • Click Save at the bottom.
