How to customize Lightspeed Ecom

Customize the Kangaroo Rewards plugin displayed on the Lightspeed Ecom web page to match the branding of the business.

 

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal. 
  • Go to Settings. 
  • Go to Apps & Integrations. 

Go to Lightspeed Ecom and click on Configure.

Next, follow the below steps:

  • Choose a name for the loyalty program.
  • Set up the Earning and Redeeming rules.
  • Pick the colors and positioning of the Kangaroo plugin.
  • Customize the welcome message that will pop up when a guest first time visits the website.
  • Customize the wording of the preview for the loyalty program. This is displayed when a customer hasn’t yet created an account or isn’t signed in.
  • Customize the welcome message that will pop up when a customer connects to their account.
  • Customize the wording of the Get Rewards section of the Kangaroo plugin.
  • Customize the wording of the Redeem Points section of the Kangaroo plugin.
  • Customize the wording of the History section of the Kangaroo plugin.
  • Click the Save button to save the customization.
