How to stop/block large transactions from going through
In order to avoid fraudulent transactions, block transactions that seem to be too large to always be on the safe side.
- Go to the Settings section of the Kangaroo Business portal.
- click on Security.
- Click on Block transaction and enter the maximum amount in the currency field under Fraudulent Activities.
- The email of the business is automatically included and the business will be notified whenever a transaction is blocked.
- Click on Save to save the changes made.
- Monitor the earning and redeeming of customers as well by enabling the Notify me when a customer earns rewards and redeems redemptions within a period of 24h under Fraudulent Activities.
- Enter the amount of points and amount of redemption in the fields.
- Select the time period to monitor from the drop down list. Either 24h or 1 week or 1 month.
- Enter in the email address to receive the notifications sent.
- Click on Save to finalize.
