How to override a tier status.
Manually change a customer's tier status by overriding it in the Kangaroo Business portal.
- Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and go to the Customers section.

- Search for the user in the Search by Email/Phone.
- Click on the User Details button and then click on the Pen button to edit.

- Override Tier Status by clicking on the Tier drop-down menu and selecting the tier status.

- Note that this will override the tier rules and conditions.
- Click on Save to save the changes made.
