How to change customers consent options
To change a customers consent options follow the below steps:
- Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
- Go to the Customers section.
- Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address.
- Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
- Click on the PEN icon
- Click the toggle to enable or disable the consent for the user.
- Click on the Save icon to apply the changes.
