How to change a customer's phone number or email
To remove or change a customer's information such as phone number or email address.
Follow the below steps:
- Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
- Go to the Customers section.
- Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address.
- Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
- Click on the PEN icon.
- Adjust the email or the mobile fields.
- Click on the Save icon to apply the changes.
