How to create a Free Product offer/redemption in Lightspeed L?

In order to create a free product offer or redemption in Lightspeed L, you should follow the steps below: 

• First, you click on Offers on the left under the main menu or Redemptions depending on which you want to create. 
  
• Then to start creating the offer, press on Create an Offer.
  
• While creating the offer or redemption, you add the reward type as Free Product Integration. 
  
• This will allow you to click on the Products in the optional parameters when you scroll down below. 
  
• Once you click on the Products, make sure to choose the items under the Lightspeed Restaurant Section. If you didn't find the product on the screen directly, use the search bar by inserting the item's name/ID. 
  
• In case you wanted to know the Item's name or ID, go back to Lightspeed L series and under the main menu, press Products.
  
• The Products Section will have all the list of products by which you can find the item and copy paste it into the search bar back in the Kangaroo Business Portal.
• Create your offer and save.
