Security Transactions.

Keeping a watchful eye for potentially suspicious activity, and even worse, fraudulent activity can demand a level of vigilance that can put a strain on resources.

The security measure in place that is at your disposal 

In the rules section of the Business Portal, you will be able to set and automate rules to help with the following:

Fraudulent Activity

  • Block transactions that exceed a specified amount. Any attempt to run a transaction that meets this threshold will stop right, with an on-screen notice for the customer or employee. A business can also opt to be notified by email when this occurs.
  • Receive email notification when a potentially suspicious quantity of rewards are earned and a number of redemptions are redeemed within a period of 24 hours.

 

Employee Activity

  • Put in place a requirement for employees to have to enter their PIN can be in place when a purchase exceeding a specified amount is attempted.
  • Make it so employees must enter their PIN when redeeming points for customers
  • You can track the employees who made each transaction by having separate credentials for each.

Customer Security

  • Allow or not customers to redeem their points without entering their PIN
