Reward customers with great redemption items and discounts! In a few seconds, the business can very easily set up the redemption catalogue!

First, go to the Redemption section of the Business Portal

Next, follow the following steps:

• Click on Create A Redemption.
• Add a Title.
• Add a Reward Image.
• Choose Reward Type.
• Click on Next.
• Select your Audience ( All customers, Target customers or Tier customers).
• Click on Next.
• Select Your Conditions.
• Choose Start Date.
• Make sure the Magento branch is selected in Location Availability.
• Indicated the amount of Points customers will need to redeem this item or discount.
• Click Next then Save.

*Once the business have saved this item, it will appear on the left side of the page.

The business can also make changes to an existing redemption item.

First, go to the Redemption section of the Business Portal

Next, follow the following steps:

• On the left side click on the item.
• Click on Edit.
  

Finally, when the business is done making the changes click on Next then Save.
