How will someone know the referral is for my store/will it look like spam
The referral that is sent out via text or email is generic yet personalized. You can edit the referral message.
For example, the referral message will read in the subject line "Dave has referred you to (insert your business name), you'll earn X points and I'm sure you'll love it!"
The points are determined by the number of points you entered into your referral program, this was done when you set up your referral program.
When a customer receives the message they will know who the referral is from (in our example this would be Dave who made the referral), what store the referral is for, and how many points a customer will receive when they come in!
