How to set up earning rule for Mindbody POS?

In order to set up the earning rule for the Mindbody POS, kindly follow the steps below: 

  • First, log into your Kangaroo Business Portal and click on Back to Old Portal in the main menu of the left. 
  • Then, go to the Rules section.
  • The Earning Rules will be on top. Therefore, under the Earning rules,  set the business earning ratio by specifying the number of points a customer will earn for spending a specified amount of points. 

  • As well as, in case you have created a Tier program, it is optional to override the main earning rule so that whenever someone entered a tier, they will start earning their points differently.
  • By enabling the Override earning rules based on Tiers and entering the amount of money and number of points in the relative field for each tier status.
