How to reward customers with an offer for referrals
The business can reward customers with offers for making referrals.
- Go to the Kangaroo business portal and click on the Referrals section.
- Click New Program.
- After filling in the conditions fields and the number of points to be awarded for the referred and referrer, the business can also select an offer to reward the client who makes the referral.
- Click on the offer filed and select an offer from the drop down.
If the referral was done from the merchant app by email, the offer will be received by email. If it was done by phone number it will be received by sms.
If the referral was link based, the offer will show on the Ecom widget, POS system or on the app.
