How to purchase recurring Email/SMS credits
Need more marketing credits? No problem!
- When planning to send out a new marketing campaign, a business might notice that they don't have enough SMS/Email credits to reach the desired amount of customers, or they are getting the Not enough credit error message. At the top of the page, the amount of credits available is shown.
- When working on a campaign, save it as a draft before proceeding as refreshing the page may be needed.
- Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and then go to the Marketing section.
- Click on the Buy more credit button.
- When selecting the number of SMS/Email credits you want to purchase, you'll see the option Make Recurring below both sections. This allows you to set up automatic purchases based on your preferences.
- Once you've selected the credits, click Confirm to proceed to the payment section, where you can enter your payment details.
