How to purchase additional email credits.
Need more marketing credits? No problem!
- When planning to send out a new marketing campaign, a business might notice that they don't have enough Email credits to reach the desired amount of customers, or they are getting the Not enough credit error message. At the top of the page, the amount of credits available is shown.
- When working on a campaign, save it as a draft before proceeding as refreshing the page may be needed.
- Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and then go to the Marketing section
- Click on Buy more credits button.
- You will have the option to immediately choose the number of email credits that you would like to purchase while also being informed of the cost
- Once you've selected the credits, click Confirm to proceed to the payment section, where you can enter your payment details.
