How to prioritize the welcome message's delivery method

The option to prioritize the preferred delivery method of the welcome message is now available. Choose Email or SMS based on your preference.

 

  • Go to the Settings section of the business portal.

  • Click on Engagement and Marketing.

  • Under Basics, you can now choose the priority of the welcome message 
  • Make sure to click on Save in the lower right corner of the screen.

N.B: Please note that credits for the welcome message are deducted from the credit pool.
