How to pay with points with Lightspeed Retail.

Customers can convert their points into currency to apply a discount on their sale from the pay with points feature.

  1. Go to your "Lightspeed Retail" screen and to the "Sales" section.
  2. Click on the "New Sale" icon.


  3. Click on "Search" to attach a customer to your sale, and attach an item to your purchase as well.


  4. Click on "Rewards" and the redemption catalog will open.
  5. Click "Pay With Points"
  6. Click Pay after deciding the amount.
  7. A successful message will pop up on your screen & click the green button OK.
  8. Now you can see the discounted amount in your transaction as highlighted in the picture below.
