How to notify customers when they reach a tier?

Notify customers when they reach a tier level by email or SMS.

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and to the Rules section.
  • Scroll down to the Generic Settings rules and activate the Enable automatic notification to customers when their Tier Status changes rule.
  • Click on Save to save the changes made.
  • The customer will receive a congratulation email like the below to be notified when they reach a certain tier level.
