How to get an Amazon Business Report on the Kangaroo Business Portal

Use this report to track redemption statuses, monitor fulfillment, and manage your Amazon Business rewards efficiently.

Follow these steps to view your Amazon Business rewards report:

  1. Kangaroo Business Portal → Reports

  2. Click on the Redemptions Section

  3. Check Reward Status

    • Only Amazon Business and Partner Rewards will display a status in this section

    • Other types of rewards will have an empty status
