Workflows

How to edit a Workflow

  • To edit a workflow, click on the small Pen Icon next to it.

  • If the automation is scheduled (it hasn’t started yet), everything can be edited.
  • If the automation is active or expired (meaning it has already been published, and customers had already entered the workflow):

-You can edit the name.

-The published date cannot be edited.

-The trigger cannot be changed.

-Audience filters cannot be modified.

-You can only add actions at the end of the workflow.

  • For expired automations, editing the automation would prompt you to edit the expiry date. It would result in making the automation active again.
  • Save again.
