How to Earn points by scanning a QR code on Lightspeed K series

To access this feature, you must have a white label app.

There are 2 ways of earning points by scanning a QR code, please follow the steps below :

• Go to Kangaroo Business Portal.
• Go to Settings.
• 
• Go to Earning and Redeeming.
  
• Please navigate to the Bonus points section below, where you can choose between two options: assigning bonus points per business or branch. This means that if you have multiple branches, you can either assign different bonus points to each branch or assign the same bonus points to all branches.
  
• You can select the frequency of check-ins from the following options: once per second, per minute, per day, per hour, per month ,or year.
  
• Choose the number of points you would like your customers to receive. Once you have decided on the points, you can download the QR code to print it. Place the printed QR code on the wall of your restaurant, and your customers can simply scan the QR code using their White label app to redeem their points.
  

2- Camera Scanning: Amount Spent 

• Go to the Lightspeed K series Sales screen 
• Start a new sale
• Click on the Rewards Button 
• A camera will open, and each user/customer has its own QR code on the White Label Mobile app. They can use this QR code to identify themselves on the POS. 
  
• Click on continue

Once the sale is processed the points will be rewarded based on the amount spent.
